The 5 BTC pack, decoded
Four deposits build the pack: 100% up to 1 BTC with 180 free spins on the first, 50% up to 1 BTC on the second, 50% up to 2 BTC on the third and 100% up to 1 BTC on the fourth. Spins land 20 per day for nine days. Unlike the locked-token schemes decoded in our BC.Game review, this is straight bonus credit at 40x wagering with slots counting in full. Deposit at your own pace: the later tiers wait for you.
Our deposit and withdrawal test
Deposits credited after one confirmation, and every withdrawal we ran landed in under ten minutes. The standout is support: BitStarz staffs real people with casino experience, and our test question got a useful answer in minutes rather than a script. That combination of speed and humans is why it holds a top-five spot on the Top 10 year after year.
Games and the hybrid angle
The library runs thousands of slots across the major providers plus a solid live casino. BitStarz also plays both sides of the money rail: crypto and card deposits work equally well, which makes it the natural pick for anyone drifting from regular online casinos toward crypto. The coin menu is covered in our coins guide.
Verdict
8.8: the cleanest welcome pack in crypto, fast human support and a decade of payout history. It gives up points only on the rewards model: once the pack is cleared there is no rakeback ladder, and grinders end up at Stake or Duelbits. For a first crypto casino, it is the safest recommendation on this site.
BitStarz questions
Is BitStarz legit?
One of the most established names in crypto casino, running since 2014 with a long public payout history. Our withdrawals landed in under ten minutes and support answered with a human on the first try.
Do I need a BitStarz bonus code?
No. The welcome pack activates through the signup link and your first deposit. Ongoing offers appear in the promotions tab once your account exists.
Is the 5 BTC pack actually good?
It is the cleanest big pack in crypto: real money credit rather than locked tokens, standard 40x wagering, and spins that arrive on a clear daily schedule. The catch is the same as every match bonus: clear the wagering or the bonus stays a bonus.
